As the curtains dropped on Brooklyn Fashion Week 2013 Diamonds by Kanye West Feat. Jay-z blasted from the speakers, automatic goosebumbs. The buzz for this event was epic and all the lastest fashion trends would be broken by the end of Brooklyn Fashion Week. The mixed culture of Brooklyn was easily noticed. Men & women with perms, men & women with dresses, men & women with make up and styles that made you look twice.
As I was seated every night in the front row I was able to observe the flow of each line. My camera-man was everywhere covering each angle and I knew I would be able to cover this event like no one else. I even requested him to send pictures ASAP today before he edit anything. Why, because Brooklyn is raw and I wanted you to get a quick look at how amazingly talented the designers were. I will be posting at least 4 different looks for Brooklyn Fashion Week on my site.
But with out further or due here is a few unedited pictures from the best camera-man in the business. Some of my favorite looks consisted of leather trimming, low crotch pants, a fox fur throw (Which I inquired about and it had a price tag of $5,000) and my favorite look of the weekend was from designer Peaco & Pat. His line blew away everyone at the show. He recently came from Trinidad and Tobago two months ago and got ready to kill Brooklyn Fashion Week. He nailed it and surely gained new fans in a upcoming growing city.
In all I meet some beautiful hard working people in fashion and I look forward to giving my viewers a deeper look into an amazing 4 days of Brooklyn Finest designers.
